Builders & Developers

We would be happy to work with you, the Builder, Developer or Contractor, whether you are interested in motorization or manually operated window treatments.

We can help during the construction phase of the project by installing hard-wiring for the future window coverings.  By hard-wiring the window shades, the owners will not need to charge batteries or manually operate their window coverings. This allows owners to experience the luxury option of smart home capabilities.

We work closely with our team of licensed electrical specialists, ensuring quality workmanship from start to finish.

Are you planning to build a multi-unit dwelling, apartment, condominium complex or commercial office project?  Let our expertise help you enhance and control the exterior curb appeal of the project by ensuring a uniform and consistent look for the window fashions.

We are here to help you and your clients select the most effective, energy-efficient and attractive window dressings perfect for your needs and budget.
